Private Yoga Classes

Pregnancy Yoga
Enjoy asana, pranayama, and guided meditation to prepare the body and mind for labor. These classes will cultivate the inner strength needed to courageously birth your baby.

Postpartum Yoga
We prioritize nourishing the body by toning the deep abdominal muscles and strengthening the pelvic floor. We use pranayama to ease mental anguish while creating a space for body awareness. Classes are holistically designed to bring comfort a restore balance.

Āyurvedic Yoga‍ ‍
Āyurvedic yoga includes asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra (focused chants), and meditation (going inward). These classes are tailored to your individual needs based on your dosha constitution and will aid in alleviating imbalances in the subtle body.

Corporate Yoga‍ ‍
In-person yoga for office staff. Please contact for rates and availability.

All private, in-person classes include a relaxing sound bath to round out the practice
